the US Senate has approved a Free Trade Agreement (FTA= Fucking The Artisan) with Peru. Well then, Peru can kiss away any hopes of national development.
The Senate Finance Committee backed a free-trade agreement between the U.S. and Peru, approving the deal without amendment in the first step for congressional ratification of the accord.
